Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to persons include natural persons, companies, and legal entities.

References to specific payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank — refer to those services as independently operated by their respective organisations. 777dc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any of these payment providers.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 777dc platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 777dc does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform on behalf of another person, or for commercial gain on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed through 777dc's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling self-exclusion scheme that covers the 777dc platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure whether you have legal capacity under the laws applicable to your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be registered on any internal or external exclusion list maintained by 777dc. Players who have previously been banned, suspended, or permanently excluded from the 777dc platform are not eligible to re-register using a new account or identity.

By completing the registration process and creating a 777dc account, you confirm — as a legally binding declaration — that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that your use of the platform complies with these eligibility requirements. 777dc reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming features on 777dc, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 777dc account at any given time. Opening, using, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or through a different device or IP address — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. 777dc uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and bonus credits in all associated accounts will be forfeited.

777dc conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all players. Verification may be required at registration, at the time of a player's first withdrawal, when a player's cumulative deposits reach a defined threshold, or at any other time at 777dc's discretion. Acceptable verification documents include:

• National ID Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (showing the photo and personal details page)
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Proof of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account ownership (screenshot of registered account showing the name and mobile number)
• Bank statement or letter confirming ownership of the bank account used for deposits or withdrawals (for Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank transactions)

All documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. 777dc does not share KYC documents with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with applicable legal obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777dc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 777dc will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 777dc platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777dc does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own legal name and that they are the authorised account holder.

777dc currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Commercial Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your card-issuing bank)

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 777dc account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the respective payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance, subject to the processing times of the sending bank.
• 777dc does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 777dc's control and remain the player's responsibility.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered in the player's own name will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account or that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 2–24 hours. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer.
• Real-money balance and bonus credit are maintained in separate ledgers. Only real-money balance that has met all applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• 777dc reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

777dc offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions offered by 777dc are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus credit ledger and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• To convert bonus credit into withdrawable real-money balance, the player must complete the wagering requirement specified for that bonus. Standard wagering requirements on 777dc range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus credit and any associated winnings will be forfeited when the validity period expires.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each promotion will be specified in the promotion's terms.
• 777dc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, it will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses by contacting support at [email protected]. Players who opt out will have future bonus credits withheld but will not forfeit any bonus credit already in their account.

777dc actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of bonus wagering requirements using low-risk betting strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777dc reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

777dc is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any form of Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Using any automated software, robot, bot, script, or mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the normal operation of any game or betting market on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, poker table, or live dealer environment.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software or game engines to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings resulting from an identified platform error are void and will be removed from the player's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the 777dc platform or support team.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to disguise the origins of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Accessing the 777dc platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to obscure your true location or identity, where such access is used to circumvent eligibility requirements or platform access restrictions.
• Registering more than one account, or using an account registered in another person's name or details.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777dc support staff or other players.

777dc uses a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to monitor for Prohibited Conduct. Players suspected of engaging in Prohibited Conduct may have their accounts suspended and their funds held pending investigation. 777dc's determination in such investigations is final.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

777dc takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income, and players should never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose. If you feel that your gambling habits are causing financial strain, emotional distress, or interpersonal difficulties, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform and consider seeking professional support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777dc players and can be activated by contacting the support team or accessing the account settings after completing 777dc Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon request. Requests to increase a previously set limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when your active gaming session reaches a defined duration (30, 60, or 90 minutes).

Account Suspension & Closure

777dc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the support team.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime in connection with the account.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified by email before any administrative action is taken.

Any player who wishes to voluntarily close their 777dc account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 777dc will process any eligible remaining real-money balance as a final withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus credits that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

777dc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email to the address associated with their account. Continued use of the 777dc platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
